ServicesICV Consultation

Our Mantra for

ICV Consultation

Localisation that opens the door.

ICV consultation and supply-chain localisation advisory for businesses selling into ICV-linked supply chains with particular relevance for automotive, industrial, and government-adjacent work.

What we cover

Consultation with a localisation plan.

ICV is not a form. It is evidence of in-country value across the supply chain. We advise on localisation and on how the score is built so the position reflects how the business actually sources and employs.

  1. ICV consultation

Advice on the scheme, the score, and the evidence a certifier will ask for gaps named before anyone files.

  2. Supply-chain localisation advisory

Advisory on where localisation moves the score suppliers, employment, and goods that actually change the ICV position.

  3. Automotive, industrial & government-adjacent

Particular relevance for automotive, industrial, and government-adjacent supply chains sectors where ICV is often a gate, not a nice-to-have.

How we work

Evidence first. Then the score.

We start from how the business actually sources and employs. Then the gaps. Then a plan for what to change if the score has to move.

  1. Baseline

Current sourcing, employment, and goods against ICV categories. A first view of where the score sits and what evidence already exists.

  2. Gap and plan

Missing evidence and localisation moves that would change the position prioritised for what the supply chain can actually do.

  3. Readiness

What the certifier will ask for, named in advance. A brief the business can take into certification without reconstructing the year.

  4. Improve

Where the engagement continues localisation advisory so the next cycle is a higher score, not a repeat of the same gaps.

A score without localisation is a snapshot. The work is what the supply chain does next.

FAQs

Before the score.

ICV is not a form. It is evidence of in-country value. These are the questions before you sit in front of a certifier.

  • In-Country Value is a localisation score measuring your contribution to the UAE economy. Certification is optional, but businesses without it receive a zero score in ADNOC, federal, and participating-entity tenders. Mandatory for suppliers in automotive, oil and gas, industrial, and government supply chains.
